Biographical Sketch
Saverio Gardellin was born in Venice, Italy, in 1999. He studied biomedical engineering at the Università degli Studi di Padova and the Politecnico di Milano, where he obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, respectively. When he came to Graz University of Technology in 2022, as part of an Erasmus+ program, he deepened his knowledge of cardiovascular biomechanics. This prompted him to extend his stay in Graz in 2023 to work on his Master’s thesis. In June 2025, he returned to Graz to begin his doctoral studies at the Institute of Biomechanics.
